For ages 6+, our co-ed recreational program uses skill based progressions across trampolines, tumble trak, floor, vault, and bars. Athletes will learn strength, tension, and flexibility along with skills like rolling, flipping, and twisting!
Our competitive XCEL program allows athletes to focus on refinement, discipline, and performance! Offering between 6-16 hours per week, our XCEL program offers flexibility for athletes who want to compete, but may still have other sports or activities!
